Can Juris Ltd. is a 100% woman-led enterprise, solely owned and led by its Chief Executive Officer, Amrit Bains.

What DociCA does

DociCA drafts province-specific Canadian legal documents and reviews documents with AI assistance. Its distinguishing practice is verification: statutory quotations are checked against real government legislation text, and a quotation that cannot be matched is removed rather than shown. Every review finding carries a grounding tier recording how strongly it is evidenced — including, honestly, the findings that nothing verified stands behind.

Where your documents are handled

Document content and AI review are processed and stored in Canada, on infrastructure we operate in Québec, and the review runs on a self-hosted model rather than a third-party AI service. This is scoped to the document path — it is not a claim that every operational vendor is Canadian. Each processor is listed with its region on our Subprocessors page, and the evidence behind these claims is on our Trust pages.

DociCA is document-automation software. It is not a law firm, it does not practise law, and it does not provide legal advice. Its output is information to inform your own review, and anything consequential should be confirmed with a qualified lawyer.
